Reclaim Idaho was born from a simple, powerful belief: real change starts with everyday people. We formed when we saw how Idaho’s political system was working for the well-connected few—while ignoring the voices of working families, seniors, teachers, and rural communities.

We started organizing neighbor-to-neighbor, from the panhandle to the Magic Valley. Our first success came in 2018, when volunteers gathered signatures across the state to put Medicaid Expansion on the ballot—and Idaho voters said yes. Since then, we’ve continued building a movement to ensure Idaho’s government works for all of us.

Reclaim Idaho’s mission is to build an Idaho where government works for all Idahoans—not just those with the most money or political influence. That means affordable healthcare, protected public lands, and strong public schools in every corner of the state.
