What’s Next? Reclaim Idaho 2028 Survey
We at Reclaim are exploring ideas for our next big initiative campaign in 2027-2028, and we need your help. The goal is not just to change policy, but to build lasting power by getting people organized all across Idaho.
In the past, we’ve had great success when we organize around bread-and-butter issues that impact people’s daily lives, regardless of where they fall on the political spectrum. We’ve successfully organized around the idea that Idahoans should be able to see a doctor when they get sick, and that families should be able to send their children to a quality public school no matter where they live or how much money they have.
What should be next? Please share your thoughts below, and keep in mind the following criteria that we believe make for a strong initiative campaign:
-Simple: It’s a simple policy change that’s easy to explain.
-Popular: It potentially has strong support from the majority of Idaho voters.
-Good for organizing: People across Idaho will be motivated to join the campaign.
-Makes a difference: It will have a big, positive impact on people’s lives.
-Good for coalition-building: It would attract coalition partners beyond Reclaim.
-Builds on a successful model: There are examples of success in other states.
